I prepared a double batch of this easy no-bake recipe, and by the time my guests left, the entire tray had been devoured! It was absolutely delicious!
Prep Time: 15 min. Plus, an hour or so to cool and set up.
Ingredients
- 1-package of white baking chips (10 to 12 ounces)
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- 1 cup salted peanuts
Directions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the baking chips; stir until smooth.
- Stir in peanut butter.
- Add the marshmallows, Rice Krispies and peanuts.
- Drop mixture by heaping tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Cool completely. If you have any left, store in an airtight container.
